This results into the gap increases between the conveyor and the bowl, by which separation is further disturbed. The conveyor component needs to be rebuilt to the original dimension and reworked with Tungsten Carbide Powder Spray Coating that meets the permissible gap.
After the Tungsten Carbide Powder Spray coating and grinding, the Dynamic Balancing is done.
Reconditioning and re-testing the complete RPM at permissible speed and monitarally rechecking the Bearing Temperature, Sound and Vibrations.
Now the complete Decanter is ready for the dispatch with necessary packaging.
